It's always fun to find that special one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry. Here at the gallery we are very careful as to the type of jewelry we carry. We only feature two types of jewelry - glass and scrimshaw.

The glass jewelry is created by the "lampwicking" process. Each bead is formed by delicately melting rods of glass and forming each one individually. You won't find any mass-produced jewelry here! These beads are then created into beautiful, wearable necklaces, pendants, bracelets and earrings. Very unique, very colorful and very affordable!

Hand Etched Scrimshaw is an art of etching designs on ivory or many other surfaces including bone, horn and mother of pearl. Scrimshaw began with the Eskimos of North America and was developed further by the old Whalers. The whalers would scrib designs on their tall ships and whaling scenes on whales teeth using sailing needles and knives. Scrimshaw is a true American Art.
